Tristan's Very Special Blog #3 Part A - Reading Assignment

This post is late since I didn't notice it until now.

If I were to interview a character from my book I would choose Alphonse. I think asking a suit of armor questions would be very interesting

Question 1 - How do you think things would be like if your's and Edward's situations were reversed?
Answer 1 - Ed would be really excited for his advantage of height. Also, I'd have to keep him from killing anyone when they make him mad, just like now.
Question 2 - How do you move?
Answer 2 - I think my soul somehow manipulates the armor it's trapped to to move. It's really unclear how I can even see! I don't have eyes or anything.
Question 3 - Do you feel anything?
Answer 3 - No. I can't feel pain or anything like that although I can tell when I'm being pushed and stuff.
Question 4 - Do you think you two are ever going to get your original bodies back?
Answer 4 - I hope so! We keep getting closer and closer to it and if we stop now all our effort will be a total flop.

Tristan's Very Special Blog #2 Part A - Reading Assignment

Songs that would go with my book, Fullmetal Alchemist:
(Since it's a TV series also, I would say the theme song to it. I couldn't find a title to it besides Fullmetal Alchemist Theme)
Brothers - This song directly targets the Elric brothers as the subject.

Solve Et Coagula - This song says a lot about fames and charred stuff they create. I say it fits General Mustang, he's the flame alchemist
Bio Approach - It's appropriate enough for the parts that include life alchemy. A huge part of the series involves life related alchemy in the forms of human chimeras and body regeneration.

Tristan's Very Special Blog #1 Part B - Reading Assignment

So far this year, I particually enjoyed Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. This book has jump started the entire series. That, and it included the most original plot and best story line of every single one of the seven books. another reason is that it is just the most enjoyable to me. I think it's because it starts from the very beginning. That puts it in the dramatic type of light. i find this book to be my favorite

Tristan's Very Special Blog #1 Part A - Reading Assignment

Right now I am reading the FullMetal Alchemist series. The main characters are the two Elric brothers. the older and shorter one, Edward, has a auto-mail (mechanical) right arm and left leg. he also gets mad whenever someone calls him short. The younger and taller one, Alphonse, is a soul trapped in a suit of armor. The two are alchemists. They can draw transmution circles to change (for example) a broken shed into a perfectly fixed one.
Obviously the brothers are very unrealistic. They have an immortal father, they tried to transmute thier mother from the dead but lost thier body peices in the process, and Al isn't even human anymore. This and they go around looking for the philosopher's stone which can multiply the alchemists powers tenfol and gices regenerative properties.
